Serving Size: 1 salad bowl

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

8 cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced

1/2 cup edamame

1/4 avocado, diced

1 lemon wedges or 1 tsp of lemon juice

1 sprinkle of cilantro leaves

1 tsp turmeric powder
