Serving Size: 1 bowl
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk or water (you can use your typical daily milk if not vegan)
30 semi-sweet chocolate or carob chips
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 scoop Sun Warrior Chocolate Warrior Blend Protein Powder
1. Place the rolled oats and the chia seeds into a bowl and pour in the liquid of your choice (milk or water). Cook the oatmeal in the microwave for about 2 – 3 minutes depending on how cooked you like your oatmeal. Add or remove the amount of liquid you put as well depending on if you want your breakfast more watery or more thick.
2. Mix in the protein powder and keep mixing till the consistency of the oatmeal becomes really thick and creamy. Throw in the chocolate or carob chips and mix some more. The oatmeal will still be a bit hot so the chips will begin to melt, and I personally thought this is why the oatmeal tasted so delicious.
