Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins


The Recipe

Yields 14 servings

Serving Size: 1 muffin

1 packet of Trader Joe’s Banana Bread Mix

2 large eggs

1/3 cup canola oil

3/4 water

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips



1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. Mix together the flour, eggs, water, and oil.

3. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix together.

4. Line 14 muffin tins. If they are not non-stick, spray each of them with a little PAM. Pour the batter into the muffin tins evenly.

5. Bake for about 45 minutes and check if the muffins are done with a toothpick. Store in an airtight container for about a week – you can refrigerate them as well.
