Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

The Recipe

Yields 8 – 10 servings

1 1/2 whole wheat or all purpose flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 egg

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup zucchini, shredded

1/4 cup canola oil

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Shred your zucchini.

3. Mix together the ingredients and thoroughly mix till turns into batter.

4. Spray your loaf pan with some PAM and pour in the batter.

5. Bake for about an hour and check that the bread is completely cooked with a toothpick.

6. Let the bread cool for about 30 minutes and then enjoy! Refrigerate any extras.
