Pumpkin on Pumpkin Omelette on Sprouted Bread

The Recipe

Yields 1 serving

1/2 cup egg whites

1 cup raw collard green leaves

2 slices of sprouted grain bread

2 tbsp pumpkin spice hummus

1 tbsp pumpkin spice

Directions

1. Make an omelette.

2. Sprinkle pumpkin spice around.

 

 

3. Prepare bread, pumpkin spice hummus, and collard greens.

 

4. Spread hummus, place omelette, and top with collard greens.

 

5. Enjoy the protein-packed, pumpkin on pumpkin breakfast or lunch!
