The Recipe

Yields 1 serving

2 cups sprouted mung beans

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 cucumber, diced

1 cup kale leaves

1/2 red pepper, diced

7 walnut halves, diced

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 lemon juice, squeezed
