1 cup spinach leaves

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 cup broccoli florets

4 oz tempeh, cuped

1/2 cup mushrooms, diced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder
